This thoughtfully designed vacation home features high ceilings, an open-concept layout, and a fully equipped game room with arcade games, shuffleboard, and air hockey, creating the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

⚠ Golf Course Access: The course is private and may not be accessed through the backyard.



Golf Cart & Parking

A golf cart may be rented for the full duration only, with a refundable deposit required and a daily fee of $35.

Bikes are available for exploring PGA West.

Guests can play on 3 public golf courses, while the rest at PGA West are for members only.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.



You will have access to all rooms on the property as well as the garage.



The golf course is private property. No trespassing into the golf course or its walk way.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

Landscaping & grounds maintenance are scheduled by PGA West HOA and may occur without prior notice.

Routine pool & spa maintenance will be performed as needed for safety and proper function.

🚲 Scooters, bikes & helmets are available for guest use. Guests assume full responsibility when using them.



👥 Guest Policy & Fines

Any unregistered guests will be subject to a $200 fine per person.

All guests & vehicle drivers must be listed on the reservation—please provide names in advance.
