We have a quiet basement tenant, and they have a separate entrance to the house. You will have full privacy. You almost won't see or feel any tenant.

✓ Huge backyard for recreation ( Patio with seating and BBQ), activities ( Badminton space & Children play area, Fire pit) or soaking up the sun
