Welcome to this bright and welcoming modern home! All furniture, linens and pillows are brand new. The kitchen has upgraded top of the line appliances. Fast wifi ( 1000 mbps ). Two new smart tvs. Private hot tub in the backyard ! This modern home is not just functional but also a fun, safe, and comfortable space where kids can thrive and enjoy themselves. This 3 bed 2.5 bath house sleeps 6 people. Upstairs, the master suite offers a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. 2 queen beds in separate rooms and 2 twin beds in one room. Washer and dryer are included. 2 designated parking stalls behind the house.

**Living Room:**
- The living room is spacious with large windows letting in plenty of natural light.

- A 55” Smart TV is mounted on the wall, with a separate speaker.

- 1000 mbps Wifi

- Brand New Modern Furniture that seats 6 people.

**Kitchen:**
- The kitchen is sleek and modern with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with an ice and water dispenser and a quiet dishwasher.

**Bedrooms:**
- Each bedroom is equipped with new, cozy beds and brand new linens.

-The master suite has a smart tv, walk in closet & and full bath with a spacious shower.

**Backyard:**
- Around the hot tub, there are lounge chairs and a shaded area with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

- The yard is fully fenced for safety & privacy.

**Additional Features:**
- The home is equipped with smart home technology, including a thermostat that guests can adjust to their comfort. Guests have access to main floor , top floor and the backyard. There is a separate basement suite with a separate entrance. Basement tenants have no access to backyard or house.

The house was lovely, in a quiet residential area close to necessities. It was spotlessly clean, everything worked well, the beds were comfortable, and it was well-stocked. My family had a wonderful stay there while we were in Saskatoon for a family wedding. Chelsea was very responsive and the check in process was very simple. We will absolutely stay at this excellent home again.

We chose this rental because of the hot-tub so it was used a lot. The kitchen was great as far as space goes, but was poorly supplied. We had 1 tea towel, 1 dish cloth, 1 frying pan, 1 pot. For a family it was challenging to cook a meal together, but maybe that was part of the fun of gathering and creating together.

Perfect Place to Stay with Friends!

We were so happy to discover this listing on VRBO! The house must be brand new. Everything is in perfect condition! As a group of 5 friends, we had lots of space for ourselves and our things. The house was equipped with the basic kitchen amenities that we needed (we didn’t cook, but we had what we needed for take out and simple breakfasts). The beds were soft and comfortable. Lots of linens and pillows! Having three bathrooms (and two showers) was so helpful to us as a group. We wished the weather was nicer to actually enjoy the pool!! The house was easy to get to, good parking in the back that felt secure, has good amenities close by, and was very comfortable for all of us. It would be family friendly too! If we ever need to stay in Saskatoon again, we would definitely consider this VRBO. The per night rate was great!! Thank you so much!

Clean, minimalist townhouse in new townhouse

Stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights while waiting for our home renovation was being completed. Parking was convenient, the home was very uncluttered and clean, and we had everything we needed for our short stay.
