Upper level home in Grande Prairie

renovated upper level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. 3 new remote controlled ceiling fans installed to help with the summer heat! One in each bedroom and the other one is in the kitchen. Portable ac unit I have it placed in the master bedroom .Shared entrance with owner/cohost in the basement now with an enclosed private upper level.

Close to downtown amenities, restaurants, and a gas station. Enjoy cooking dinner in an open concept dining/living room or lounging around the deck bbqing for friends.

Lovely! Perfect for us and close to all the venues of the Special Olympic Provincial Games! Super clean with all the needed amenities. Trina was a great host.

Close to it all!

We stayed for the Provincial Special Olympics and were delighted how close to everything this house was! Cleanliness was A plus too!!! Trina was a great host!! If we ever head up to GP again I wouldn't hesitate to book with her!!

The home is very spacious, centrally located to shopping, groceries etc. It seems very new, so maybe some appliances have a few kinks that haven't been sorted out yet. Specifically, the remotes for the ceiling lights/fans seemed to be interfering with each other and switching off the light in the kitchen, turned on the light in the bedroom and vice versa. It was quiet, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding, could use a full length mirror.
