This 3-bedroom Balinese-style, family-friendly villa is just steps away from the beach with uninterrupted ocean views. When not at the beach, chill out in the gorgeous outdoor space we've created; enjoy drinks on the deck, BBQ meals, or simply take in the fresh ocean breezes. You are guaranteed an unforgettable time away.
This modern Balinese-style villa offers unique styling and comfort. Vila Paus Satu features open-plan living, with bifold doors that open onto a large timber deck overlooking a beautiful Balinese-inspired garden, complete with a fire pit for the cooler months. A large shade sail over the deck makes it perfect for daytime lounging or alfresco dining. As the sun sets, enjoy the ambiance from our festoon lighting, making it the perfect place to sit, chat, and relax. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms to ensure your comfort no matter the season.
Vila Paus Satu has three queen-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful four-poster timber queen-size bed and ocean views. The second bedroom has two single beds, and bedroom three features another unique handmade timber queen bed with its own ensuite. Hotel-quality bedding has been handpicked with guests' comfort in mind.
The kitchen is modern, open-plan, and features quality appliances as well as gas top cooking. The spacious living room opens out to the deck with ocean views. There is a large digital TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. All you need are your own login details. Don’t forget to log out before you leave! You can also listen to your favorite music, check the weather, or find a recipe using our Echo Dot, a voice-controlled speaker. Just start each command with ‘Alexa’.
The bathrooms are well-appointed, full of character, and equipped with sustainability in mind. We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers filled with quality products that are cruelty- and paraben-free.
Outdoor showers with hot and cold water are a treat when coming home from the beach.
A washer, dryer, and drying racks are available in the villa for guests' use.
Off-street parking is available with designated car spaces for each villa. Please ensure your neighbours have clear access to their entrance. If you are traveling with boats, trailers, or jet skis, please inform us so we can advise you if there is enough room on the shared driveway.

Guests can access Vila Paus Satu at the front of the property. The villa has its own coded lockbox with keys.

The property has external security cameras at the front and rear, facing the driveway for peace of mind.
Getting around: If you have a car, there’s free parking along the Esplanade. There are also buses, taxis, and Ubers for those without a car. Urangan is a very popular and central suburb, so many attractions are within walking distance. Electric scooters are available for hire along the Esplanade, and there are bike hire shops nearby.

Urangan offers an abundance of activities, including watersports, boating, fishing, and access to the Esplanade, which stretches 14 km to Point Vernon, ideal for exercising or biking.
The Urangan Marina is nearby, offering a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It is also home to the Hervey Bay Boat Club, which features live entertainment, dining, and stunning views of the marina.
The marina is also the departure point for whale watching cruises and the ferry to Fraser Island.
