Villa is located in a fishing village where you can buy fresh fish or go fishing. It is 1 minute walk to the sea. Villa is great for group gatherings, family get together, vacation, diving enthusiast, or just to get away for a couple of days away from the city. You can snorkel to watch turtles and millions of sardines or go diving. It is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Panagsama Beach where there are bars, restaurants and dive shops, or 20 minutes drive to White beach. It has a full kitchen, free mineral water, tv, wifi, karaoke machine, 2 terraces upstairs, 1 downstairs and 1 garden hut. We can provide or schedule tour activities such as:
1. Canyoneering in Badian, 2. Whale shark watching in Oslob,
2. sightseeing/swimming in waterfalls,
3. trekking/sunrise/sunset watching at osmena peak
4. Sardines run and turtle watching.
We can also provide transportation to any destination in Cebu or in Negros Oriental.
We will consider special request for a memorable vacation.

Moalboal

Very large and nice clean property. The young man who got us settled was very respectful and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Showers were nice and clean. We were on the go all the time so we disn't really use the kitchen or a lot of the other space, but a great stay.

I'm Filipino/American. Born in Cebu, Philippines but grew up in San Francisco, California. I decided to come back to Cebu for good in 2004 to be closer to my family. I also longed for warm weather and to have access to the sea all year round without having to worry about swimming in cold water. I've always enjoyed meeting people from different walks of life, so I decided to put up my villa for rent and also to supplement my income. I lived in my villa for 15 years before I decided to build a smaller house where I currently reside. I play tennis all year round, go out to dinner and dancing with friends.

Why they chose this property

This area is an old fishing village long before tourism came to Moalboal. It still is a fishing village but its also a public beach where people can swim and snorkel any time of day. It's a very laid back environment. People sit along the shore just to watch the fishing boats come in, people swimming, relax, watch the sea and sunset. No hassle.

What makes this property unique

The interior is very spacious. It is in a quite neighborhood. It is only 15 minutes walking distance to Panagsama where there are dive shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. So, you get the best of both worlds. You can come home to relax in the villa after diving, after your daily activities, or after a noisy nightlife in the evening. The villa has kitchen equipment for cooking, internet, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms inside the house and 1 bathroom outside the house. It has 3 terraces for relaxing, reading, and entertaining.
