---General presentation
Apartment of 60m2 ideal for 2 adults and up to 3 children located 150m from the beach and the center of Blonville-sur-mer. It is calm, bright and fully refurbished (with new bedding, TV and Wifi). It is on the 2nd floor with elevator and with a balcony (partial sea views). There is outdoor parking in the residence and plenty of free parking spaces nearby. No need of a car.

---Detailed presentation of the apartment
The L-shaped main room is modular. In the living area there is a large sofa bed, a coffee table, 2 armchairs. The sofa bed is easily and quickly converted into a bed (Dunlopillo mattress: 200x160cm). Screens are available on demand to isolate this space if you wish. There is a flat screen 32inch TV and Wifi (600Mb/s). In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs, a large storage sideboard and access to the balcony.

The master bedroom is 14m2 and has a double bed (160x200cm). It can be transformed into 2 or 3 single beds (80x200cm) thanks to stackable beds. We will prepare all beds according to the number of people. The bedroom has large shelfs for storage.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large sink, storage space, a towel radiator and a hairdryer (baby bath and booster stool available). Shower/shampoo products and towels are not provided. The toilets are separate.

The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, oven, 2 induction hobs, large fridge/freezer, ...) with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A welcome kit is offered to allow you to start your stay in complete serenity (SENSEO coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, sponge, toilet paper, garbage bag, tea towel, etc.) and a kitchen base (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.).

---Presentation of Blonville-sur-mer
Blonville-sur-mer, a small family seaside resort also known as the 'children's paradise', is located 4km from Deauville (accessible by Nomad bus or by train - SNCF train station 1km from the apartment). Blonville-sur-mer is less than 40 minutes' drive from Le Havre, Caen, Honfleur, Lisieux and an hour's drive from the D-Day landing beaches. Many activities are offered less than 200 meters from the apartment: supervised beaches, pony club, tennis, sailing, Mickey Mouse club, playground, mini-golf, cinema, walk in the marshes, bike rentals, ... There are many local shops (butcher, delicatessen, bakery, newsagent, supermarket, ice cream parlours and restaurants) and a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will be able to do everything on foot very easily.

---Rental conditions Rental: 3 nights minimum in low season, 4 nights minimum in high season (July-August)

Upon arrival, we welcome you between 17:00 and 19:00. When you arrive, you will find the apartment cleaned, the beds made according to the number of people. Check-out time before 10:00. There is no cleaning fee but when you leave we ask you to remove the sheets, take down the garbage, empty the dishwasher and leave the apartment as you found it. Thank you in advance: non-smoking apartment, no pets and no noise pollution in the apartment.
