The Temple ..............

Victorian cottage which has just been fully renovated. Polished floor boards, brand new carpet, marble kitchen, benchtops, private courtyard - short walk to down town. Fish and chip shop 1 min away. The house has a main bedroom with ensuite and separate main bathroom. There is a private wood sauna and foxtell for your viewing in separate lounge.

Charming quirky cottage

Well located cottage that was well suited to two couples attending Ballarat music festival. We like the open plan living and outdoor living area very much.

Ballarat winter

Location was a 10 minute walk to bakery hill. It had good space (the living spaces were terrific - room to spread out), there were 2 modern bathrooms (unusual lighting), 2 bedrooms with beds that were super-comfortable, seperate TV room, and a wood fired heater.
