As you arrive at the White Hill Cottage, mature trees line the driveway, offering dappled sunlight and ample off-street parking. Inside, the home blends old-world charm with modern comforts, featuring timber beams, cozy furnishings, and local artwork. Unique touches like an elk chandelier enhance the atmosphere. The brand-new kitchen combines 'Anne of Green Gables' charm with contemporary amenities, while a well-appointed bathroom and toilet are conveniently located on the ground floor.
An entrance cupboard stocked with jackets ensures you're prepared for any weather, whether you're exploring nearby Foxeys Winery or enjoying the cottage’s extensive library and walking guidebooks.
The living area features an electric fire place, while reverse cycle heating and electric heaters in the bedrooms keep you comfortable. Unwind with a movie on the smart TV, listen to music via the Wi-Fi speaker, or stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts with an oven, electric cooktop, integrated appliances, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Step onto the spacious deck to soak in northern sunshine and breathtaking views over the bay. Enjoy complimentary Peninsula wine, and serene surroundings.

Please note that pets are prohibited due to the rural setting and lack of fencing.
The property is 200 meters downhill from the owner’s residence to ensure privacy.
No parties or smoking are permitted, high heels are not allowed indoors, and a refundable bond is required.

General: White Cottage, arguably, has the best views over Port Phillip Bay to be found on the Northern side of Red Hill. Watch the ships come in the heads and close to McCrae along the shipping channels to Melbourne docks, where they can sometimes line up across the bay. Gaze across Port Phillip Bay to the Bellarine Peninsula, where the YouYangs can be seen on a clear day! Enjoy watching westerly sunsets over the bay, through manicured cypress trees, whilst sipping the complimentary Mornington Peninsula bottle of wine on one of the viewing decks or from the main lounge room offering a massive picture window whilst curled up in front of a real fire. Be prepared for the twinkling evening lights of Dromana and McCrae and then across the bay.
