Pros:- great location- spacious bedrooms clean - safe neighborhood with parking CONS:- kitchen poorly stocked. (Rented during Thanksgiving, so that’s unfortunate)- DOWNSTAIRS IS A RENTAL! (Woken up at 11PM by luggage bags trying to get into the downstairs unit)- lack of communication with rental company (septic was turned off during the day for a short period of time and nobody communicated that with me! I’ve got toddlers who are potty trained!)

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in the Denver suburbs. Great access to I 25, local restaurants and shopping. There is a basement apartment which was not clear to me in the listing, and we dealt with our co-renters trying to get into the house after midnight one night. Overall, it was a great stay with comfortable beds and nice kitchen and living spaces. About 25 minutes from trails of the Golden.

Great location and a nice backyard. Internet and TV worked great. Overall, a really nice place.Only thing is they didn't provide but the 2 trash bags that were already in the cans so it was hard to disguard leftovers. But I'm sure that was just a one off. We highly recommend this place.

The home was clean and very comfortable. It was great have laundry facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc.We enjoyed the private and quiet backyard and patio. The neighborhood is established with mature trees, giving it a homey feel and its close to a variety of restaurants.

This house provided very nice accommodation to our family for 5 days in August. The common areas are very comfy and we especially enjoyed the outdoor deck. The kitchen is very well-stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking implements. We used the laundry and did some light cooking. It's in a family neighborhood right near a school and some walking paths, with lots of shopping nearby. One issue: the garbage had not been picked up and was overflowing by the time we added all of ours.

Thin Walls!

The basement of this house is also rented out and there is no soundproofing whatsoever. Especially in the kitchen/dining area we could hear every word of the basement renters conversations. One morning we had to listen to a woman singing the same song (along with recorded music) for at least an hour. That night around 11:00 pm she started up again, thankfully only for 15 mins or so. I was awakened one night by a person below coughing, and the next night their snoring woke me. It was all very weird and annoying! My friends wanted me to mention that the floors were dirty. The bottom of their slipper socks turned black. Using clean mop water would help? Hotel rooms for us next time.

Nice Home

This home was conveniently located for our stay. The property was clean inside and out. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The only issue was that the central heat and air didn't work propperly. This was no big deal as the first night was the only cold night we stayed. That said, the air did not circulate and made it a bit stuffy when the house was closed up.

Quiet and comfortable

My mom had surgery at Centennial hospital down the road from the property. We stayed here while she recovered for a few days. The place was clean, pictures are accurate and the neighborhood was decent. We did hear people in the other unit from time to time but it was never enough to become a bother. Would book again.

Centennial 3 BDRM

Stay was just ok, although clean and convenient for our purposes. Driveway was icy and unsafe during our entire stay. The driveway and front walkway were not adequately shoveled, and it would have benefitted from a little Icemelt. There were no instructions for internet in the unit as promised, and I had to contact the host for a code. Internet was a bit problematic because it messaged us every few minutes that it would not be supported after a date at the end of January. The unit was clean and well laid out, but it had a very intense perfume smell throughout: perfumed sheets, trash bags, cleaning products, and soaps. I had to purchase my own unscented hand soap. In addition to the very strong scent from the perfumed laundry soap, and the small bath towels were worn out, scratchy, and stringy. I was surprised by the house rule that I was expected to take the very large trash can from outside the house to the curb on the pick up day, plus I had to strip the bed. I think a 10 am check out is unreasonable, but we got up early and left unit cleaner than when we arrived. If I stay at a VRBO in the future, I will ask about perfumed soaps and detergent before I commit.

Perfect Retreat for Recovery!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental for eight days as I recovered from surgery, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to food and transportation, making my recovery much more manageable.The home itself was immaculate and equipped with everything I needed. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful details that made it feel like a true home away from home. From laundry baskets to makeup towels, and a fantastic selection of soaps and lotions, every convenience was considered. Having TVs in each room was also a huge plus, allowing me to relax and enjoy my favorite shows during my downtime. The ambiance was so inviting and comfortable—I felt at ease throughout my entire stay.I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a cozy spot to unwind and recover. It truly exceeded my expectations! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great stay in a great city

The house was perfect for our stay in Denver. We were a group of 5 and it was the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable and all the furniture was nice. We did not do any cooking while there but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of "provisions" to get us through our stay which was very nice. We did not have to go buy any toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, soap etc. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The house is located in an older neighborhood and was very quiet. Our first morning we walked to a great restaurant for breakfast-Benedicts(highly recommend). We loved the outdoor area with the large couch and table. The one disappointment was that they advertise the house as having a fire pit table(2 actually) but all the propane tanks were completely empty so we were not able to enjoy that feature. If we stayed longer, we would have considered filling one of the tanks. Another thing to realize is that there is another rental within this house. We knew this ahead of time so we weren't surprised. The door to the basement rental is in the back of the house through the covered porch so you do share the outdoor area with other people if it is rented. It was never a problem for us as they did not use the outdoor area, at least when we were there. We were given a code for keyless entry which made it super easy. I would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

Great stay!

Highly recommend for family travel. Great set up with a beautiful backyard for the kids to run and play. Park, walking trails and an elementary school with 3 playgrounds only a block away. The bed in the primary bedroom is super comfy. My only feedback is there's another rental unit in the basement so other people were walking through the back yard and you can hear noise from downstairs. Didn't bother us but good for others to know.
