Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, towels were provided. Lots of dishes to use, very easy to access. Don and Maria were great to communicate with and very polite!

Family Adventure

The property was in a beautiful location. Quiet and nice hikes around the area. The kitchen was well equipped with all your needs and the beds were very comfortable. We had 4 adults in our group and there was plenty of room.The property could use a really good deep clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Thanksgiving stay

The house was well designed and felt roomy for our family of 5 with 3 college aged kids. The third floor loft was perfect for the 19 year old twins to stay up to play video games. The kitchen was well appointed and we could easily cook all our breakfasts and a couple dinners there.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. Everything was as described and it had all of the necessities. Cleanliness was not great.. dust/ cobwebs throughout and the showers need a deep cleaning. Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Greek Peek.

AWESOME

Enjoyed a long weekend here. The property was the perfect size for out family of six. Great location directly across from the mountain. It was nice to see the mountain lit up at night from our living room. The kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend this property. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great Location to the Peak/Lodge

Very convenient to the Peak and the Lodge. Easily accessible by walking but also had a continuous bus that can pick you up and take you to either. Beautiful view from the front porch! Don and Maria were very accommodating to the last minute changes I requested and communication was very fast and efficient.

Cortland NY area visit / work with cousin

Very convenient for proximity to cortland. Just a couple issues with slow drain kitchen sink, garbage disposal, lamp without plug on cord but nothing that was major. Would stay here again.

The price and location were perfect! The owners were responsive and amenable. However, cleanliness was not great. There were cob webs in every room. All the dishes in the cabinet were dirty.

Perfect home base for Virgil Crest Ultramarathons

My husband was running the Virgil Creat one hundred miler that started and ended at the Greek Peak. The location and amenities of the is property made this race experience an excellent one for all of us involved. We had clean comfortable beds to come take naps in as we were able. We had a kitchen to make food for ourselves and prepare and take for our runner when he was tired of aid station food. The showers had amazing water pressure too. Being this close to the race made it easy to go meet our runner at aid stations at all hours of the day and night and still be able to come back and warm up and eat before we had to set off to meet him again. We’d highly recommend this place as command central for anyone taking care of someone crazy enough to run 100 miles around a ski resort - or just looking for a clean, warm and comfortable place to gather with friends!

Base camp for baseball

Considering that have our own VBRO and take extreme measures to ensure it's spotless every time we turn it over, we found this as the others have. This place is probably cleaned by a third party and be a checked out by the owner/investor. Rest assured, we left it cleaner then we found it with most laundry clean and folded. Cop webs galore, dust and underwear underneath dressers, clothes in drawers and a few other creepy things. It was well stocked and nicely decorated. Whomever "cleans" this unit should be fired.

Graduation Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Cortland. We were there for our daughter’s graduation in May. The condo was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of accommodations for our family. It was also tastefully decorated and although I am not a skier, I could see how motivating the decor is during the ski season. There was also a great view of the slopes out of the back windows of the condo! The host was very helpful and Don responded promptly whenever I had a question. Although it wasn’t ski season, I was pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities to enjoy at Greek Peek during the summer. We had a meal at Carver’s Steakhouse and my husband and son were able to rent paddle boats at the nearby pond. Although we didn’t have much time for the other amenities, we did see a water park and heard that there were mountain coasters and zip lining, as well. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property!
