Welcome to your dream vacation at our luxurious 5 bedroom villa located in an exclusive gated residential resort community with 24/7 patrolled security, only 30 minutes away from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Our property boasts a contemporary style with a touch of Mexican charm, and features an elevator for easy access to all 3 levels. Each enclosed area is air-conditioned for your comfort.

On the first level, you will find a spacious living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a media/family room, a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pool (which can be heated upon request) with a terrace for enjoying the warm sunshine. The fully-equipped kitchen is also located on this level, making it easy to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The second level is where the master bedroom with a king bed is located, along with two additional bedrooms each with 2 queen beds. On the third level, you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds, as well as a game room for your entertainment.

Our property is fully staffed to ensure a carefree and relaxing stay for our guests. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of your own private villa, and take a short stroll down to the clean sandy beach only 250 meters away. We also provide two 4-passenger golf carts for easy transportation within the community.

During the winter and early spring seasons, the bay is visited by whales, dolphins, and other interesting marine life, providing a unique and exciting experience for our guests. Our friendly staff will be there to assist you from the moment you arrive until your departure.

The following services are included in your rental: your own private chef, daily housekeeping, concierge services, and on-site maintenance. The community also offers fantastic amenities for guests, including a beach club with 3 pools, a full-service restaurant, tennis courts, a gym, a spa and a conference room.

We also offer optional services such as airport transfers, grocery shopping and delivery, in-house spa treatments and masseuse, baby sitting, tours and activities, boat and catamaran rental, and a private driver/tour guide.

Spectacular beach vacation

Beautiful home with pool and plenty of room. Located a short walk from fantastic beach club with beach and heated pools. Staff at the house exceeded all expectations. Especially Chef Reyes. 6 adults and four boys ages 3-9 had the best vacation ever!

House and property were as advertised. Wonderful and perfectly clean. Spectacular view. The staff was attentive and amazing and the food prepared by Reyez was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect All Around

This entire experience was amazing. Very professional coordination and support from the property team - took care of everything for us and made the process easy from day 1. The staff at the house was incredible - super friendly, helpful, and very good at everything they do from coordinating activities to cooking meals to keeping it spotless, etc. and the property itself was soooo nice; perfect all around. Hated to leave but can’t wait to get back!

Casa Tramontana

Our family enjoyed a 10 day stay here and loved every minute! The home is immaculately kept by hardworking staff. We utilized everything on the property - the tennis courts were well maintained, and the gym is well equipped and the beach is stunning. We took full advantage of the chef, who prepared the most delicious meals. Thank you to all of you at Casa Tramontana!

Fantastic property

We just came home from a magical week at Villa Tramontana. The group was my husband and I, two daughters and their spouses and five grandchildren ages 6 t6o 7 months. The property is spectacular - large spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, even beautiful artwork! Deana cooked us scrumptious breakfasts and dinners. We used the beach club often and found it to a great place for the grandchildren. Also, the beach club restaurant was delicious. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Amazing Holiday week in the sunshine

We had a group of 10 of us stay for 8 days over the Thanksgiving break and it was fantastic. The house/ accommodations are spectacular, the beach club, gym, spa are also really good. Our group made use of everything. We brought in Reyes as a chef for us to simplify life and he is top notch. Cande was our go to on all other things and he was also great. Communication with the team overall throughout the visit was amazing. Highly Recommend!

I spoke with Nelly, VRBO, a bunch. It would have been nice if the property manager at the house , Mary, would have reached out to me. I had to ask Nelly to set it up on the 3rd day to speak to her. The house is beautiful and kept very well. Lovely view.

Paradise at tramontana

From start to finish our vacation and stay at tramontana was absolutely amazing. Our group of 11 have nothing but great things to say about every part of our vacation. Tramontana offers anything you could possibly want in a vacation and home. Communication with Nelly, cande and chef Reyes from beginning to end was easy and super accommodating. The house is beautiful and clean but also very upscale. It felt like we were in a movie. The beach club added some variety to our stay and was the perfect mix of relaxing and fun for our mixed group of teenagers and adults. We would go back in a heartbeat. Don’t miss out on this one. It’s truly a hidden gem.

Incredible views with wonderful staff!

Perfect place for our family for Thanksgiving. The neighborhood is perfect and you feel very safe. It’s fun to ride golf carts down to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the tennis courts a few mornings. The food at the beach club is fantastic and the chef at the home, Reyes, is even better. Take advantage of the cooking he does. You pay for the food and he cooks it. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view to start your day. There are four other bedrooms, all of which have two beds. The only downside was that they were all full beds, which made it difficult for two people to sleep together. We went into La Cruz one night but decided the food Reyes at the house cooked and the beach club were so fantastic we didn’t leave again. Would highly recommend.

Amazing vacation

This villa was perfect, the view was enticing, the pool was inviting and the house was amazing. We had a chance to tour few other rentals in the community and by far our villa was the best and most accommodating. Throughout the day we were entertained with sailboats, whale watching and perfect days for relaxing in the sun. We had a staff of wonderful people who made our trip even more memorable, they are very respectful of your privacy and do their jobs very discreetly behind the scenes. Maria, our villa concierge was fabulous to work with, she helped us arrange a night with a Mariachi Band and she even went as far as going to Sam’s club that was 45 minutes away to help me get a new pair of contact lenses. Reyes our chef, greeted us with a big smile each morning and treated us to fabulous meals, we also had 2 very sweet ladies that made sure our villa was always impeccable, Hugo, the maintenance gentleman was there early in the morning to clean the pool and deck. The beachfront club house and restaurant are located on a beautiful setting, we were provided with 2 golf carts if we wanted to tour the community. We all had in-home massages and at the beach. Last but not least, Nelly our rental agent in Houston was very professional communicating with us before, during and after our stay, we can’t wait to work with her on her other properties in the near future! together with staff, house and the views this villa was one our favorite finds!

Absolute Perfection!

We are frequent travelers to Mexico and have stayed at some beautiful 5-star resorts and villas over the last few years. For our pre-Christmas trip this year, we looked at dozens of options in both Cabo San Lucas and the area in and around Punta Mita. Somehow we were lucky enough to find and book Casa Tramontana and it totally blew us away! It is even nicer and more beautiful in person, and the ocean views are even more stunning. The house is HUGE and so clean, and impeccably furnished. It was the perfect location for a large family gathering with giant rooms, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a big gameroom, easy access to the outdoor patio/pool, and just an excellent layout for all ages and traveler types! The staff were all incredible and made us feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. As gorgeous as the villa is (and it is!), the house is in an extremely safe and well-equipped gated community that is EVEN BETTER than a top 5-start beach resort. The food, drinks, service, facilities and the quality of the beach at Real del Mar (where this house is located) is so much BETTER than the Four Seasons Punta Mita (and for about 20% of the price). This is a small community and everything is very close and easy to walk to, but the house also includes two golf carts which is really fun and convenient. The community gym is extremely clean and well-equipped, and the tennis courts are pristine! Our only regret is not staying longer. We're already planning a return trip in 2022, hoping this gem isn't discovered by too many American tourists before then. Some travel tips: Use the services of the cook for dinner, the food is great and it's so nice just to lounge at the house in the evening. If you are there on a Sunday, take a short cab ride to the Farmers Market in La Cruz. It runs from 9-2. It's not huge, but just big enough to find some really great local items and adorable souvenirs. We also spent a day in Sayulita and everyone agreed the Market in La Cruz was so much better. Speaking of Sayulita, don't waste your time on that trip. It's totally spoiled... too many tourists, too many tourists traps, too many cars, too much congestion, etc.
