Modern townhouse with central gas heating and double glazing will keep you comfortable no matter what Wellington weather throws at you. It has a secure internal access double garage just in case you decide to get a rental car as well. The house has 4 bedrooms, one at the ground floor, two at the bottom floor and master bedroom and ensuite on the top floor.
Lower single rooms for kids / easy middle floor - with great bathroom on entry / garage level for grandparents. Perfect and well stocked kitchen then parent room above with ensuite.
SUV hire car could fit on garage and plenty of room to make the three-point turn to get out and up the driveway. Ideal for families. 5mins drive to town /the terrace /Beehive or the walk would not be too hard either. (Maybe Uber back up the hill though?) really glad we stayed there with the combo of family. Be great for 2 or 3 couples too.
