Lush pink bougainvillea and palm-filled gardens, set in green lawns, draw the eye straight to breathtaking panoramic views. The house is perfect for outdoor living with multi-level terraces that descend from the main level to the large horseshoe-shaped pool and beyond to the lawn.



If you wish to relax inside, while still enjoying sea views, step into the large comfortable living room with a full-sized pool table. Adjacent to the interior dining and living room is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with everything required for a gourmet meal.



The four exterior access bedrooms are equal in size and air-conditioned. Two are placed at each end of the villa; one upper and one lower. Each bedroom has sea or pool views plus private terraces.

The ensuite bathrooms are uniquely decorated in richly colored. From the oversized double showers, you view the ocean.



Villa Mariposa will enchant your next stay in St Martin with family or among friends and can be rented as a 2-3 or a 4-bedroom home!

Note:

* The Pool can be heated at an additional cost of $350 per week. The request must be made at least one week prior to guest arrival.

* 10 nights minimum * over both Chrismas weeks - Owners may accept less subject to booking dates.
