On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms overlooking the backyard, both with direct access to a combined laundry, shower, and toilet. At the front of the house, there’s a rumpus room, entry area, and a double garage available for guest use. A tiled staircase with childproof gates at both ends connects the ground floor to the first floor.
Upstairs, the front features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, which opens onto a balcony with lovely water glimpses. At the rear, there are two standard bedrooms with built-in robes that share a bathroom with a toilet, shower and bathtub. Additionally, there’s a third bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, shower, toilet, walk-in wardrobe and a baby cot (bring own Cot linen). All bedrooms are designed for convenience and comfort, with built-in wardrobes.
The property includes many thoughtful features, such as zoned reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning for comfortable living across both levels. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Free Wi-Fi and a modern TV are available for your entertainment.
A BBQ is provided for convenience which is located in the backyard, there is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after beach outings.
Safety is a priority, with fire blankets and a fire extinguisher on-site. This home is thoughtfully designed for families and groups, combining comfort, functionality, and style for a memorable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Obviously, you wouldn’t be looking at our Beach House unless the BEACH is calling you! It took the owners 7 years of searching to find a property that offered such unique, unbeatable beach and water experiences. Here are just some of the highlights:
Surf Club (right across the road!) – Located in the middle of a cove. To the north is Windang Island (accessible by a causeway), and to the south is Little Creek – both within walking distance.
Patrolled Beach – The Surf Club patrols the area between Windang Island and Little Creek. Directly in front of the club you’ll find the largest waves, with gentler surf as you move further north or south – perfect for beginners.
Water Sports & Diving – Just north of the club you’ll see windsurfing, parasurfing, plus free diving and scuba diving near Windang Island – all within walking distance.
Fishing & Exploring – Great fishing spots are found on both sides of the Surf Club, as well as off Windang Island, which dramatically juts into the ocean. Even if you don’t fish, the island itself is spectacular to explore.
Little Lake (south of the club) – A tidal creek, 400–700mm deep, creating gentle waves near the mouth. It’s the perfect safe spot for young children to learn to swim or surf and popular with adults learning to paddle board.
Lake Illawarra (north, also walkable) – Ideal for still-water swimming or fishing. A council-maintained park with children’s play areas runs alongside the lake. The scenic walkway follows the ocean before curving west along the lake, stretching for kilometres – a favourite for local walkers and cyclists.
Local Café – Right on the beach, offering breakfast, light lunches, and great coffee.
Dining & Entertainment – From casual cafés to local clubs, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Windang Bowling Club is a favourite with delicious, well-priced meals.
Nearby Attractions – An 8-minute drive takes you to the Waterfront Marina with cafés, restaurants, Woolworths, an ice creamery, boardwalk, and kids’ beach. Warilla Grove Shopping Centre is also close by – a short drive or a longer walk from the Beach House.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
