It’s Side Private entrance through fence to basement suite.. it’s just 300 meters from Trans Canada Highway 1 nd 2 km from perimeter of Winnipeg city..
Elite Neighbourhood… Great Chance to stay in CountrySide with all City Facilities...
One king size bedroom 12*12 nd one queen size bedroom with comfy mattresses.. There’s big kitchen approx 13 feet wide with new appliances. Spacious living area.
There are total 3 big windows in suite.. Nice nd big dining table for 4 peoples.. comfy sofa with table for watching Led tv ANd big private back yard for little walk.. There’s Beautiful trail back of the house building goes to Assiniboine river nd John Blumberg Soccer Field...

Guest access
Guest can use side entrance their left side of house.. There is beautiful walking trail direct goes to basement suite (side door of building). Door will be open for guests.. if Any problem they can call or msg me anytime…

Other things to note
4-5 mints drive to Red River Exhibition Association, Assiniboia Downs,John Blumberg Golf Course,Thunder Rapids Amusement Park, Nick’s Inn nd Headingley Grill, THE GATES ON ROBLIN, Denny’s etc Restaurants…

Aman was a very gracious, pleasant host. The accomodations were top notch, beds were very comfortable and the suite was quite cozy. Directions were simple, the place was very easy to find and quite handy for anyone traveling down the Trans Canada highway looking for a place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. A+++++
