MAIN HOUSE LAYOUT (4 bedrooms)

Recently redecorated, this home has something for everyone. The first floor boasts two spacious living rooms with floor to ceiling windows and access to outdoor decks, seating and the 8-person hot tub. The gourmet kitchen and large dining room are perfect for preparing and enjoying a great meal. Past the kitchen is the media/game room where friends and family can challenge each other to game of darts, air hockey or shuffleboard or settle onto the giant lounger and enjoy movie night on the 85-inch TV. If you prefer chess, cards, poker, bumper pool, old school video games or just some quiet reading time by the fire, make your way to the formal living room at the front of the house. After a day of adventure relax with a coffee, hot cocoa, or tea from our beloved coffee bar across from the kitchen island. If you prefer iced drinks, this home also has a nugget ice maker.



The downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and includes a sitting area perfect for a morning coffee and some mountain viewing to start your day. The master bathroom is made for pampering with a jetted tub and a multi-head shower with shower seat. A bunk room upstairs includes 2 full beds, the secondary bedroom has a queen bed with a perfect view of Pagosa Peak while the 2nd upstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom and office space...and more amazing mountain views!



Stay connected with Starlink Internet and, if desired, work remotely from the private office tucked away upstairs. The kiddos can enjoy some reading or quiet time in a space of their own with the kiddie nook upstairs, which includes a small tent and Lovesac to cozy up in.



If outdoors is your place to relax, find comfort by the fire pits on either the north or south facing decks, soak in the 8-person hot tub or swing in the hammock chairs while stargazing! Cornhole, ladder toss, giant jenga, yard dice and other outdoor games also provided. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while watching out for the local deer, turkeys, elk or fox who happen to stop by!



The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, central heat throughout, 2 fireplaces and additional electric heaters to keep you cozy warm in the winter. Stay cool in the summer when needed with central a/c, and ceiling fans. Humidifiers and charging ports are also provided throughout the home. Whether you chose to come in summer or winter, you like to whitewater raft, hike, bike, or horseback ride in the mountains of the San Juan National Forest, take a horse-drawn sleigh ride, hit the trails on snowmobiles or ATVs, soak in the world’s deepest hot springs or just relax on the deck at the house, Little Elk Ranch would love to host you!
