The studio-style bedroom boasts a queen-size Murphy bed with quality bedding, a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV, making this suite the perfect place to unwind after a long day!

The Space

The basement suite is a bright, walk-out studio-style suite. Entering from the sliding patio doors at the back of the home, guests walk into a spacious area containing the dedicated workspace, dining area, and kitchen. Just off the workspace area is a good-sized bathroom with a stand-up shower. Off the dining area, guests can access their in-unit laundry as well as a closet to hang clothes and jackets. Off the kitchen is where you guests will find an oversized bedroom and living area. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized Murphy Bed and a dresser to store clothing. There is also a comfortable leather sofa and a large smart TV.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire suite, which is not shared with anyone else. They will also have access to the backyard, which is shared with the homeowners that live in the upstairs unit. The homeowners have a friendly dog named Winston who does use the backyard on occasion. Winston is a lovely medium-sized dog who is great with people as well as other dogs.
