The primary bedroom is a sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a glass and tile walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. From the primary bedroom, enjoy direct access to the outdoor deck, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking mountain and lake views. The second bedroom also offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with both a full and a queen bed, ideal for accommodating additional family members or friends. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pets/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Mountain Mover offers a complimentary transportation service for residents and guests of the Mayflower Lakeside Area to Deer Valley East Village Ski. This pilot program runs from December 19, 2025, to April 19, 2026, with daily service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Note: As this is a brand-new development, there is some construction in the area. This building is complete, and the area construction should have little to no impact.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Mayflower Lakeside property. The condo was very clean, spacious, and even bigger than we expected. The property manager was great to work with and communicated quickly when we had an issue with the key cards, which was really appreciated. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
