Luxury home with 5 suites, 50 meters from Barequeçaba Beach

Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 50 meters from Barequeçaba Beach, and comfortably accommodates up to 18 people.

We are close to attractions such as Morro das Sete Voltas and Mirante Barequeçaba, as well as restaurants, pharmacies, markets and other businesses available in the area.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living room, which features sofas, armchairs, a Smart TV, and a home theater system. Next, there is the kitchen, equipped with the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, water filter, electric oven, and more, as well as a dining table with chairs in the dining room. Of the ground-floor suites, there are two suites, each with one double bed and two single beds. On the second floor, there are three suites with balconies: one suite with three double beds and two suites with one double bed each.

In the outdoor area, we have a swimming pool with sun loungers around it, two heated jacuzzis, as well as a char broiler (grilling griddle), stove, deep fryer, and dining tables with chairs.

All suites in the house have air conditioning and Smart TVs. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi.

We have 5 uncovered parking spaces.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bedding, towels, and blankets.

We provide approximately 15 chairs and a tent that guests can take to the beach. The assembly and responsibility for these items rests with the guest.

- We allow small or medium-sized pets per stay, subject to availability.

We have additional mattresses that can accommodate up to 2 extra guests (prices apply upon request). They are located under the house's stairs.

- Some of the suites require climbing stairs, and are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
