The Space:

Welcome to your lakeside getaway!



Step into the upper level of this property where you’ll be greeted by an inviting dining room, equipped with a heat pump / aircon unit to keep you comfortable all year round, boasting panoramic views of both the serene lake and the lively children's playground just across the road on the other side of the house.



Feel the stress melt away as you step onto either of the inviting decks, located at the front and rear of the house. Whether it's a morning coffee soaking up the sunrise or a sunset ‘al-fresco’ dinner, these outdoor spaces are perfect for any time of day.



The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventurers with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The bathroom offers a shower/bath, while a separate toilet adds convenience to your stay.



Convenience meets comfort with a laundry room off the kitchen, housing a washing machine, and dishwasher.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
