Magnificent home in its prime but needs a little TLC. Mostly cosmetic and did not affect the stay. Positives: great home for a large group with ample space. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas. Of note, the hot tub never got hot but the overall water temp of the pool was perfect so it wasn’t a bother. The home has AC units in the rooms, but not all areas of the house are air conditioned. Overall, it was a great place where all of our family could be together and enjoy the beautiful Aruba weather.

A mansion it is

Our stay was awesome. Beautiful home. I couldn't enjoy the outside lounge chairs because they were very dirty. Dining chairs too. I would definitely stay there again.

Aruba Mansion

Check in process was easy, home was clean, some amenities are outdated. Hot tub never worked, outside bar is not usable, coolers broken as well as mini fridge and tv did not work. Wifi in house was good but not tvs in home allowed you to use netflix etc so just local stations. House had no hot water, we called they sent contractor would changed out the hot water heater but never hooked up the chimney and c/o2 was detected. We called and nobody came until next day which didn't help as we did not sleep there because of it. Pool never worked and we called and pool company came out and said they needed parts and never came back.

Unfortunately there was a leak at the property we originally booked and we couldn’t stay there. Casiola expediently found a new property that would fit my group so our vacation would go as planned. I appreciate the dedication to customer service and outstanding property manager who stopped to ensure we were comfortable in the new location.
