Amazing Lakefront Family Retreat Connestee Falls

Gather for family time and relaxation in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath & 1 half bath vacation home in Brevard. This home is nestled in the trees overlooking Lake Ticoa. Walk out the backyard to the lake or to go for a hike. Trailheads for Connestee Falls trails (over 14 miles of private hiking) are steps away. This house is located 15 minutes from DuPont & Pisgah National Forests offering endless amounts of hiking, waterfalls, fishing and biking. Minutes to downtown Brevard and an hour to Asheville!

We have four bedrooms. Upstairs there are two primary bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. Downstairs there are two large bedrooms.
One with two queens and one with a queen and two singles. There is a full bathroom downstairs. Downstairs has a recreational room with a couch, games and a TV - it is great for kids of all ages. The upstairs living area consists of the kitchen and living room and has a 1/2 bath off the main area. There is a dining table to seat 6-8 indoors and another on the patio outdoors. There are great decks upstairs and down with nice views of the lake. We have a screened-in area on the upper deck with seating. There is also a propane gas grill. We have a garage for storage of any bikes, kayaks and paddle boards you bring with you. We offer a blow-up paddle board and floats for enjoying the lake.

This lakefront house was very well stocked from a full kitchen, lots of towels for both the bathrooms as well as lake towels - plus games and puzzles, fire-pit, hot tub, paddle board and kayaks! And hiking trails in the neighborhood with plenty of waterfalls!

Amazing trip in the mountains with family and friends! We loved staying at this house in Connestee Falls. The house was large and had plenty of space for two kids and 4 adults. There was an entire bedroom we didn't even use. We loved the layout of the house both inside and outside (two levels of great outdoor deck space). The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location of the house was perfect as you could easily walk to the lake which was beautiful and a perfect retreat for the entire group including two dogs. The house also includes lots of fun lake toys (kayaks, paddleboard, floats, etc.) which were great to use and not have to bring ourselves. The host was extremely communicative and very proactive with instructions and also extremely responsive to questions. We have stayed in Connestee Falls several times over the years and loved this house and location the best for our family. We definitely hope to be back!

We had a wonderful vacation! Great location, beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake. Two kayaks, floats, and a paddle board are included. There are lots of hiking trails in the neighborhood and a few waterfalls. It was nice being able to hike in the neighborhood without dealing with crowds at Triple Falls or Looking Glass falls. Make sure you go to Dolly‘s ice cream at the edge of the Pisgah Forest. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an additional fee to the use the gym. The host is very quick to respond.
