Great house, tons of space. It was clearly a new rental and wasn’t completely stocked with bedding, kitchen accessories, etc… but overall a great house. Owner was very responsive.

We had a fantastic family reunion at this beautiful, brand-new home! Our group of 12—including three kids—had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The house is incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed, with a spacious layout that worked perfectly for our multigenerational group.The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the master suite is amazing—especially the luxurious jacuzzi tub! The decor throughout the home is stylish and modern, and my granddaughter absolutely loved the color-changing lights. She also had a great time running up and down the long hallway!Another great feature was the two-car garage with a remote, which made coming and going super convenient.Three of our family members, all over 80, stayed comfortably in the large basement, which is connected to the garage and includes two bathrooms—such a great setup for extended families. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Incredible house close to everything in Surrey/Richmond

The house is huge with a very spacious main level including a gourmet kitchen and large living room. All finishes and fixtures are very high end and it is in many ways too nice for a short term rental. There are some flashy touches like LED lighting on the stairs and main living area as well as an 85" TV in the living room. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and the house itself is close to everything in Surrey. We stayed in the Surrrey area mostly but the RIchmpnd night market was also close by. One small caution is that the house is near a busy road so there is some noise present if you have the windows open. This house had never been rented so the owner was very attentive and let us know about a few small issues that had not been remedied. Even so, the house had everything we needed.

We had a great stay, but we were not made aware that there is someone else living in the basement. They are the “housekeepers”, but there was no mention that others would be in the same house, granted they have their own entrance. I heard someone watching you tube videos through my closet wall. And I thought that was strange, but thought it was one of my friends upstairs and it’s a thinner floor board in the closet space. But, Saturday night they were playing loud music past 10 PM. That’s when I messaged Sandher and he said those are the housekeepers that live and manage the property. I told him that he needs to disclose this information, because there was no mention that we would be sharing the house with others. Like I said, we never saw them or interacted with them because they had a separate entrance, but it would’ve been nice to know. Also, not the property’s fault, but they had road construction near the house, so roads were closed to the house and we had to take a long detour. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The property is new, modern and clean.
