The Space:

This historic home is original to the area and is adorned with gorgeous shiplap from the early 1900s throughout the interior. The home features one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, one full hall bathroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The queen bedroom features a small closet and the king bedroom features a stand-alone wardrobe so you have plenty of storage for your stay!

The sunlit kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker and complimentary coffee + sweeteners to make your stay a breeze. The open concept living and dining area features ample seating throughout and a Smart TV to watch all of your favorite shows on the go! Down the hall is the laundry closet complete with stacked laundry machines and complimentary laundry soaps.

Just outside on the front porch we provide lounge seating for our guests to enjoy the neighborhood from the comfort of the home! We also provide a smoker in the rear of the home for use throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear entrance.

Founded in the 1880s and named after the popular Cuban-Spanish businessman, Vincent Martinez Ybor, the Historic Ybor district is well known for its eclectic collection of culture, cigar factories, streetcars, and bustling night life. Take a stroll down the original red brick streets and step into a piece of history. Treat yourself to a comedy show at The Improv, indulge in incredible Spanish-Cuban cuisine at world-renowned Columbia Restaurant, or explore the local shops, bars, nightclubs, and artisans that make the Ybor community so vibrant and rich. Just next door to your home you'll find Pete's Bagels and the 4th Ave Dog Park - a favorite of locals and travelers alike for coffee, a small bite, and quality time with furry friends.

Want to explore outside of Ybor? You are just a few minutes drive from other popular spots such as Hyde Park Village, Armature Works, Sparkman Wharf, Downtown Tampa, and Bayshore Beautiful.

Getting Around:
Ybor is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
