kitchen. What the Trolley Tea Cup lacks in size it makes up for in charm.



Freshly renovated the unit has a new tile shower, new floors, new kitchen

cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is an electric counter top range (2

burner) and a GE Advantium 120 Microwave / Convection oven with speed cook.



Whether you're here for work or leisure, we've got you covered. There's a

small desk area where you can set up your laptop, and we offer free high-speed

Wi-Fi. For downtime, you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the flat-

screen TV. There is a 4k wall mounted smart TV that pulls out for easy bed

viewing. It has 100 internet channels (using the TV based ChannelPlus app),

and a ChromeCast.



Our unit is located in the heart of Wilmington's historic district, within

walking distance of museums, parks, restaurants, and entertainment options.

You'll be just minutes away from local attractions like the Delaware Art

Museum, Brandywine Park, and the vibrant Riverfront area.



We are following the 5 step cleaning and sanitizing process, due to the

enhanced process some surfaces like door knobs or remotes may feel sticky from

the lysol products.

microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. You can whip up a quick breakfast

☀ Free street parking if you apply for a local parking permit at least 24

hours before check in. The link to apply for the parking permit will be

emailed to you 48 hours before check in, with your arrival details. Please be

aware guests need to pay attention to street signs. Some areas are designated

as a 2-hour limit for parking between 8am - 6pm

Parking is on the street. Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM there is a parking

limit of 2 hours, you must move your car to a different block every 2 hours to

avoid a ticket.
