The bustling Crown Street 450m away buzzes with activity around the clock. Explore local art galleries or catch a performance at Belvoir Theatre.
The space
Welcome to your perfect home away from home! Our delightful and serene terrace offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle while keeping you just moments away from all you need.
With 2.5 cozy bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom featuring a charming North-facing balcony with lovely leafy views and seating for two, this is a place to unwind and relax.
The ground floor includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. We offer flexible bedding arrangements to accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 infant, and a porta-cot is available upon request. Bedroom 1 - king bed
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Port-a-cot can be set up in these rooms
The sofa bed can convert to a double bed (may not be comfortable for 2 adults on multiple nights)

Long Stays > 21 days: A $150 additional deep cleaning fee applies. We also offer in-stay cleans for $268, which includes a full clean and fresh linens.
Parking: Street parking is available with time restrictions, and free parking is available overnight. You’ll need to find your own spot, and nearby GoGet car share pods are an option. International visitors will need an international driver’s permit to hire a car.
The home features two levels with steep stairs leading to the second floor. You’re welcome to enjoy the entire house, but we kindly ask you to respect our peaceful neighborhood by keeping noise levels low and avoiding gatherings or parties. Disturbances after 10 PM may lead to the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

A security deposit equal to the booking cost will be required, which will be refunded after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
For your convenience, we do offer early check-ins or late checkouts for an additional pro-rata hourly fee if expedited cleaning is necessary. However, if we can accommodate your request without incurring extra costs, we’ll be happy to offer it complimentary for up to 2 hours. Please keep in mind that same-day turnovers might limit our ability to provide early check-ins or late checkouts. Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM.
Please be advised that for the safety and security of our guests and property, there is a surveillance camera installed on the front porch.
