This home has been recently restored with beautiful decor and quality floorings. It is well insulated with a heat pump for heating or cooling.

There are three large bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, two queen beds and one futon.

One bedroom has a desk and a futon bed that can be converted to a couch to make a home office.

The house is north facing, with a double garage and plenty of off street parking and a well maintained garden.

The Christchurch Adventure Park and Victoria Park are nearby for those active enthusiasts. Or a short drive will take you to the CBD. Whether staying for a few days or a few weeks you will enjoy the proximity to all handy amenities including supermarkets, dairy, service station, The Warehouse, Barrington Mall, restaurants and takeaways.

You will have the entire property to yourself. Pets are welcome but we do have some rules so please enquire.

Unlimited wifi. Power is capped at $400/month for longer term stays.
