We tend to leave our guests peaceful use of the property during their stay. We have contactless check-in and check-out. For the most part you will not see us however, we are nearby if needed. We also may need to perform maintenance from time to time. We will attempt to give reasonable notice in such cases.

*We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for your stay to cover a variety of cancellation reasons. Airbnb travel insurance does NOT cover just ANY reason for cancellation. You can purchase travel insurance from your provider or the one we are aligned with. Please review the cancellation policy and insurance policies carefully as we do not issue refunds for cancellations outside of the cancellation window.
*Tenancy is Month-to-Month for mid-term stays. It is recommended you check the calendar regarding your full desired dates for availability or message us about stays longer than 28 days and then book your first 28 days and we can invoice month-to-month from there. Tenancy may be sporadic in June/July as short term rentals are considered.
*Up to 2 pets allowed with pet fee. Pet fee is not included with the listing price. It is discussed based on length of stay and number of pets and requested after booking. There is also a pet agreement.
*BASIC Cleanings required during the stay for stays longer than 28 days until we can verify cleanliness level of guest. This cleaning charge is much less than the final departure cleaning. Guest is responsible for payment of cleaning fee and basic pickup of unit prior to the cleaning scheduled. Access must be granted for these visits.
