- 30-minute drive to Burk's Falls
- 40-minute drive to Huntsville
- 60-minute drive to Algonquin Provincial Park
- 30-minute drive to Screaming Heads

The cottage is on a drill well and we suggest people bring drinking water. Also, there is no garbage pickup so we ask that you burn what you can in the fire pit and take the rest home.

Mornings are quiet, with only the sounds of birds and the breeze rustling through the woods. You can take a walk along the forest trails, kayak on the nearby lake, or simply sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh air. What I love most is the sense of calm and connection to nature, while still being close enough to small towns and local attractions for a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.
