L’appartement est très bien situé pour se rentre au stade de France. Par contre l’appartement demanderait un bon coup d’entretien et de nettoyage.L’hôte est très réactif et répond aux messages très rapidement.

Quartier calme et résidentiel, immeuble de standing et sécurisé. Les instructions d'arrivée et de départ sont claires, l'hôte est facilement joignable. Un lit double de qualité et un balcon agréable.Le logement sentait la cigarette malgré l'aération et le nettoyage de la femme de ménage. Les draps n'étaient pas propres (odeur de tabac et de transpiration) pas d'aleses ou de protection de matelas (tâchés). Pas de décoration. Les matelas pour le petit lit gigogne sont quasi inexistant, il n'est pas possible de faire dormir qqun dessus sauf un jeune enfant.Les serviettes étaient humides et minuscules, la salle de bain est petite et un peu vestuste. Très peu de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine.Je ne recommande pas ce logement d'un très mauvais rapport qualité prix !

conforme aux attentes ...

conformes mais un évident problème d’égout laissait un odeur atroce dans l’appartement et la présence d'un échafaudage avec des ouvriers dés 8h du matin sur la façade n'a pas simplifié le repos. Je comprend que c'est sans doute passager et que notre hôte n'en était pas responsable.
