White Aspen is located in the coveted landscape of Wilson, also referred to as “The Westbank” by locals. Wilson lies in a beautiful verdant valley, with an abundance of wild flowers, surrounded by magnificent mountain views. White Aspen is an exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath private home with Air Conditioning that sits on one acre that defines luxury, with all the conveniences of home. The owner's many unique and heartfelt touches will make your stay a magical summer experience.

White Aspen is a 3300 square foot, newly remodeled property with magnificent views of the Teton Range. This home features a completely updated chef's kitchen with granite countertops and Thermador appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything one will need to create the perfect meal after a long's day adventure. The property owner's spared no expense with the renovations, updating the living space with a new fireplace, refinished Madrone hardwood floors, and all new furnishings. The true centerpiece of this property lies within the expansive outdoor living spaces. Guests can enjoy an evening cocktail on the extended and covered Alaskan Cedar deck. Beautiful planters filled with flowers overlook a sprawling lawn surrounded by aspen, spruce and willow trees, giving this property a true sense of place and a perfect platform for lots of summer fun. And you'll likely receive a visit from moose, elk or fox that inhabit the area.

The spacious back deck wraps around to the front of the home and includes a dining area and incredible living space where a glass or two of wine can be enjoyed while basking in the shadows of the Tetons. An outdoor BBQ grill is located on the side deck for those summer cookouts with family and friends. The sprawling lawn is a perfect setting for croquet, corn hole, badminton or volleyball - all of which you will find in the garage for your use. Once the sun goes down, light a bonfire in the smokeless Yukon Solo Stove fire pit, roast s'mores and sing campfire songs, sitting on the classic adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit.

Upon entering this unforgettable home, you'll immediately be drawn in by the open-floor concept living space, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing seamlessly into one another. The expansive island in the center of the sprawling kitchen, includes counter seating for four, and provides a great place for communal cooking, and setting out platters of delicious Wyoming delicacies for all to enjoy. Draw cooking inspiration from the cookbook library in the office or order takeout from Streetfood or Wilson Pizza, just minutes away. The large dining room table features antique ladder-back chairs with seating for 10-12. The snack bar and coffee bar add to the home's charm and will delight kids and adults alike. The kitchen is complete with a separate breakfast nook to enjoy the morning paper, while soaking up the morning and afternoon sunshine as it streams through the windows. The living room features an extensive collection of board games and puzzles for you to enjoy, and a smart Samsung frame TV above the fireplace, where guests can unwind. The entire home is wired with Sonos, making streaming music throughout the home a breeze.

This home has not one, but two Master Suites with en suite bathrooms. One Master Suite is located on the 1st floor and the other is located on the 2nd floor. The downstairs Master Suite has access to the backyard, while the upstairs Master Suite features a large deck with mountain views. Both Master Suites feature stand alone showers, deep soaking tubs, and radiant floor heat. There are two additional spacious bedrooms located on the second floor each featuring cozy custom-made solid oak Twin bed lofts with matching oak Twin beds below (The lower Twins can be converted to a King for a fee for a different configuration). The upstairs bedrooms surround an additional family room that can double as an exercise room. This room is equipped with a Smart TV and additional sleeper sofa, providing a quiet place to escape, or bask in the sunlight and beautiful views from the south facing windows.

An oversized garage has room for two cars and lots of storage, along with a second refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage. There is a long bench just outside the door to the main house, with plentiful hooks and seating to take off and store your dirty shoes and outdoor gear. The garage is stocked with an abundance of outdoor games and activities to surprise and delight your guests - a ping pong table can be rolled into the large driveway, and all the lawn games are stored here as well. There is a mudroom off the garage, which includes a washer and dryer, radiant floor heat, and some additional storage.

The location couldn't be more perfect; heading just seven miles west of Jackson on Hwy 22 to Wilson, down a picturesque country road, and only 10 minutes from the heart of the Town of Jackson, rests our exquisite White Aspen property. The town of Wilson, a quaint village at the bottom of Teton Pass, serves up great food, unique activities like the Teton Raptor Center, abundant bike paths through the valley, beautiful walks along the Snake River Levy, and plenty of outdoor adventure. Not only that, but the south entrance of Grand Teton National Park is less than 10 miles north, making this property very accessible to one of America's most spectacular national parks.

For those outdoor enthusiasts, the bike path is a short distance and can lead you all the way up to Teton Village or even into downtown Jackson. It's friendly to cyclists, walkers, and runners and wildlife sightings are very common.

Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.
