2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment of 96 square meters with terrace. Has swimming pool and barbecue area at the complex. Equipped with automatic lock, air conditioners in all 3 rooms, Smart TV, WiFi, all necessary appliances and a safe. Has fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine, a hanger for drying clothes, a clothes steamer and a hair dryer.
24-hour security is available for guests, common area of the building with an elevator, pool area and barbecue area . Guarded parking.
• Pay attention:
The electricity is not included in the price, it has to be paid separately - $10 per day.

I really like this area, because here you can find everything you need for a quality holiday. Within walking distance there are white sand beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, tour desks, beauty salons and much more.

Despite the location of the condo in the most popular area of the city, the residence is quiet. There is its own parking, elevator inside the building, BBQ area, swimming pool and a place to relax. The residence is new, the building was built just a year ago, so everything is in perfect condition
