This spacious, modern duplex is nestled just 2.3 miles from the pristine beaches, offering you the perfect blend of coastal serenity and convenience. When you rent this property you will have complete access to both units of the duplex. With room to accommodate up to 12 guests, it's an ideal haven for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun-filled days by the ocean.

One of highlights of this property is the luxurious swim spas located in each unit. Immerse yourself in its soothing waters, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby coastline or simply basking in the sun-drenched ambiance of the fully fenced backyard oasis. These spas also work as a hot tub with state of the art massage jets and they have large river jets that you can swim towards for a vigorous workout. Both sides have grills for your barbecuing needs and you can make s’mores at the fire pits with the complimentary s’mores kit.

Inside each unit, the airy and bright interiors provide a comfortable stay with newly remodeled large kitchen’s with smart appliances, 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, and a custom built queen size murphy bed with a premium 14 inch mattress in the living room. Both units have brand new washers and dryers. Both living rooms have 65 inch smart TVs and all of the bedrooms have 55 inch smart TVs.

Bring your boat or RV and park it in the back of the property in our fully fenced private boat/RV pad with RV hookups for no extra charge when booking the duplex. There is a boat ramp located 10 minutes from the property.
