Metered parking is available on Collins Ave in front of the building between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. It is free at night between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Great location on Collins Avenue and 73rd Street, steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery store, 24h Walgreens and CVS. More low-key than lively South Beach, North Beach is a mellow residential area fringed by a wide stretch of sand.
