*While we encourage guests to make the most of their vacations, we must adhere to a strictly enforced NO PARTY rule in accordance with the property’s HOA regulations and VRBO’s Community Disturbance Policy. In addition, maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests reported at time of booking.

*Well-behaved and house-trained dogs (maximum of two) are welcome for a non-refundable additional fee of $100 per stay for first dog, and $50 per stay for second dog. Dogs MUST be added at time of booking. Dogs must be on leash when outdoors. Dog waste is to be cleaned up using plastic bags and thrown into trash can in carport. If dog waste is not cleaned up, there will be an additional $50 charge. *Fee for first dog charged with booking; fee for second dog if applicable charged separately as “Trip Change” fee.
