Where you can feel the comfort of your own home in Edinburgh. Right in the very centre, where you can enjoy a peaceful and quiet retreat. Cosy, charming spacious lovely private double bedroom in a warm and welcoming apartment, on one of Edinburgh's most iconic streets, beside the famous Royal miles. There will be just a short walk away from all main attractions, the Museums, Scottish parliament, Holyrood, the castle, tours, Princess gardens, while festival, Restaurants and cafes are at doorstep.

The flat is on the second floor of a Historic building (made around 1820) listed as a UNESCO Heritage site, part of Edinburgh's Old Town.
There are Two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a bath/shower room.

There is also a tiny storage room in which you can keep your luggages either before or after your stay for as long as you want while keeping your keys, so you can enjoy continuing to explore around while travelling light.
During your stay some essentials will be provided, Such as Coffee, Tea and cooking essentials.
There will be also Towels, Shampoo and all you need to feel comfortably at home.

Guest access
You'll be having the privacy of your bedroom, with complete access to everything in other spaces, which will be shared by myself. Other spaces are also most likely majority of the time quiet and empty, and I always make sure my guests feel at home, comfortable, and totally welcomed across the flat and the shared spaces.
During your stay
I'll be always trying to give as much as possible space and freedom to my guests not to be interfering with their trip, as well as feeling entirely at home while staying here. However, 'll be always more than happy to help with any enquiries or give recommendations if needed, and would always enjoy a nice chat, if comes up.
