Welcome to our cozy retreat in Fernie! This comfortable basement studio offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a private entrance through the owner’s garage. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, the space features a queen bed dressed in high-thread-count linens for a restful night’s sleep, a large TV, a kitchenette, and a comfy sofa for unwinding.

The kitchenette is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, and dining table for your convenience, while the shower room provides all the essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Enjoy our comfortable space as your base for exploring Fernie's outdoor adventures and local charm.

Please note a young family with two dogs lives above, so you may hear some normal household noise during your stay, as noise does travel between the levels. Because of this, the quiet hours are 730pm to 630am, as the children go to bed early and are typically up early.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
