The apartment benefits from a West facing aspect and has a good sized ‘L-shaped’ balcony offering lovely views of ‘El Montgo’, the Costa Blanca’s coastal mountain, and of the leafy streets below. All three bedrooms and lounge area are equipped with air-conditioning units and have modern, double glazed windows and sliding doors that allow the sunlight to filter in through throughout the day.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
