Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and single, plus a bathroom, this cottage can sleep three people. There is also an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside is a patio area with seating and off-road parking for two cars. Bowes Barn is a tranquil retreat for you and your loved ones.

Town: The village of Kibblesworth rests near to Birtley, Tyne and Wear in the North East of England. The village is famed for its mining industry in the 1930s until the sinking of Robert Pit in 1842. From this date the fortunes of the village followed those of the industry, but eventually the pit was closed in 1974. Ideally placed for exploring the North East of England, Kibblesworth has easy access to the cities of Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham, which offer a range of amenities and are just 20 minutes drive.
