The Space:
Welcome to Hovevei 33! This cozy 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the building without elevator. Covering an area of 75 sqm, it's just a 2-minutes walk from the beach. Enjoy a peaceful stay with beach proximity.
We love this nice brand new apartment, especially its proximity to the beach and the balcony that's perfect for soaking in the sea breeze; it's an ideal spot for a beachside getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Additionally, we provide access to the HolyGuest app, offering local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services such as food delivery and Shabbat catering.

The Neighborhood:
Located just off Bograshov Street, the beach is about five minutes away, and so is Dizengoff Square and the convenience to have cafe's restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, parks and many more on your door step.

Getting Around:
Getting around the Hovevei neighborhood is convenient, and Bograshov Beach is only a short 5-minutes walk away. Explore the area on foot and discover nearby attractions.

Other Things to Note:
We provide fresh linens, towels, and essential bath products for your comfort. You can also order Upgraded Welcome packs before your arrival for added convenience. If needed, early check-in, late check-outs, mid-stay cleanings, or baby cribs and high chairs may be available for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability. Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT; however, all guests must present a valid passport photo and tourist visa upon arrival to avoid a 17% VAT charge.
