Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This modern four-bedroom apartment features modern fittings and a stylish architectural interior. It’s located on the upper floors and it features a lot of windows, making this house truly bright. The apartment is ideally located in one of the best connected areas of London and just a short walk away from Hyde Park. It features a shared garden and one private parking space.

The apartment is spread across three floors. The entrance is located on the ground floor and it features a bright open plan living area and dining area. It comes with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a big flat screen TV, ideal to unwind and relax. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and comes fully equipped and ready to use. It also features a comfortable breakfast bar. This space also directly opens up to the balcony from which it’s possible to access the beautiful and spacious garden. The garden is shared with the neighbours so it’s important to be respectful. Next to the entrance, there is also a toilet room for guests added comfort when travelling in a group. Going up to the first floor, guests will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms come with comfortable mattresses, 2 with double beds and one with a single bed. One bedroom features an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom comes with a bathtub. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage space. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. There is one secured private parking for guests to use.

You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time between 3pm and 12:30am, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Right in the heart of London only moments away from Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington Stations and close to two beautiful London parks, this apartment is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Hyde Park and Regent's park are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars nearby in Marylebone with Mayfair, Soho and Notting Hill. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.

Given the location of the apartment, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The apartment is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The apartment has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

The house is built on 4 floors, you are renting the top three floors (upper ground, first and second floor). There is an internal communal door, which is securely locked and access from one unit to the other is not possible (from either side).

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Family vacation in London
Awesome three night stay in London. Property is fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location can’t be beat - quiet neighborhood, but only a short walk to tube stations and numerous restaurant options. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for London visit
Nicely presented property - a few issues such as lacking current instructions for changing the central hearing, hob of the stove was electric and not gas, and no access to the backyard. Only one exit to the house via the front door - back access would be good in case of fire. It would be great to desensitize the smoke detector in the kitchen - one piece of toast sets it off when just brown.

Rodents and Prison-like Feel with No Access to Garden
Do you like rodents in the kitchen each evening and prison-like security grills that impede your ability to see outside and to use the promised garden? Then this is the perfect place for you! We realized the locked, internal security gate problem when we arrived and asked for help immediately. We only realized after the sun set that we were also sharing the property with an active community of mice. The property management company, StayBeyond, is very good at responding with legalese that means nothing, but rest assured they will also be completely unable to help with simple issues (such as providing keys to the security grills). They offered to exterminate with chemicals while we were there, which is hardly ideal. It was quite clear they were aware of the infestation before we arrived: there are many traps under the counters in the kitchen and under furniture in the living room. We booked through VRBO, so we turned to them for help. Their "Book with Confidence" guarantee means nothing: they asked us to wait (and presumably continue to stay in the property) as they worked to resolve the issues. They then told us after we checked out that they couldn't reimburse us for any of the issues because we had stayed in the property the entire time. This property is in a good location, appears clean overall, and is suited to family gatherings. But unless you love mice and a prison-like feel on vacation, find another property that is more likely to be as advertised.

Urine stain on the duvet- 3 foot by 3 foot
The location was excellent. The bones of the house are good. The pictures are misleading. It has been poorly renovated. The shower door did not close and spilled water onto bathroom floor. The towels were of poor quality. Everything, especially the furniture was of poor quality. The dining room chairs were stained. The carpets were stained. The property management team was awful, StayBeyond Team. On 10-10-2023 at 8 am banging and hammering started.. Our rental was a row house. The banging was from the downstairs garage. I emailed the property management and they said the following: "Also, apologies for the construction but that is something that we cannot control. We thank you for your understanding." They own that area. what could they not control? The mangers were unresponsive and refused to act. The next day the same thing happened. I have audio of the hammering and banging and pictures of the rest. On the last day I was checking the bed and turned over the white duvet and it had a 3 foot by 3 foot urine stain on it. That was the highlight. I have the pictures.
