Large capacity apartament in the Val de Ruda urbanisation, with large garden areas within the urbanisation where access to vehicles is restricted, close to a multitude of natural itineraries.
With a distribution on a single floor, we find a living-dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen and access to a small balcony. A double bedroom with its own bathroom, a twin bedroom, another with 2 hydraulic bunk beds (capacity up to 4 people) and a shared bathroom.

- All our accommodations are fully equipped and include hotel-quality bed and bath linen for your stay with us. For the comfort of your family: towels of superior grammage, size "blanket bath" for your showers, white duvet covers always on all our beds.
- There is the possibility of installing 1 travel cot, including bed linen, at no extra cost. IT MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE THE TRIP.
- At the time of access we will provide a small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dishwasher) and a toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. You will not find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.
- You can rent parking spaces at the foot of the ski slopes in Val de Ruda (including a ski locker) under the gondola lift to the ski slopes.

You will have a special telephone available 24 hours a day. From 21.00 to 9.00hs we will ask you to use it only in case of emergencies.
- Our project uses a digitalised system to control and monitor the check-in process, guaranteeing the quality of the service provided. We will issue associated documents such as tourist tax invoice, receipt, utility bill, etc. reflecting the details of the rented property. You will be asked to sign a contract prior to entering the property.
- You will receive an SMS message prior to your trip, giving you instructions on how to provide us with your personal details - we are obliged by Catalan law - and you will have access to all the documentation associated with the booking, including copies of invoices, contracts, etc.
