The building has been created in the early twentieth century, at the same period of the big renovation work of Paris guided and controlled by the M.Haussmann. This important project of renovation came from Napoleon the third.
The emperor wanted to make Paris a city as prestigious as London: this was the starting point for the action of the new prefect M.Haussmann.
The building was created in 1900, at the same time as France and Europe experienced a period of peace.

The Space:
The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Far away from the crowded street of Paris you will enjoy the calm and residencial side of La Motte.
Not to mentioned the proximity to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

Living Room with a very high quality sofa bed for two

The apartment is equipped with :
TV, high speed Wifi

a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

The courtyard in front of the windows should not be used under any circumstances. It is forbidden by the building rules and we are respectful neigbours

Guest Access:
The building door is secured by a 4 digits code. To access to the apartment, you will have to take the key from a safe. The door code and check in instructions will be send you two weeks before your arrival day.
The apartment is located to the ground floor.

Please, respect the rules of the apartment during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the fifteenth district of Paris in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood far away from the bustle of the capital city.
This is the perfect place to stay for family or couples.
You will definitely enjoy the calm and residencial side of La Motte Picquet neighborhood.

The apartment is only a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower and Le Champs de Mars, where you can enjoy a long walk and bring a picnic to savour the unique view during spring and summer.
You will also be close to the first department store in the world: “Le Bon Marché” founded in 1852 by Aristide and Marguerite Boucicaut. You will find there a selection of the most exclusive brands at the heart of a historical building.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 1.

No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.

- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
