From the outdoor paved area where you will be able to sit and relax, you enter the cottage through a large patio door to be greeted by a modern and spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The light and airy feel of this room and its stunning views to the Rose Garden and across the open farmland makes a peaceful set-up to immerse yourself in and return to throughout your stay.​

As you walk past the kitchen area through the door towards the 2 bedrooms you pass the bathroom with shower and WC. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The smaller bedroom has a single bed and bedside cabinet with hanging space for clothes. There is the opportunity to make this into a double bed which would be suitable for children.

Private off-road parking for two cars, no smoking and (sorry) no pets.
