This is a modern apartment consisting of two joined apartments located close to each other and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.



The first apartment consists of an entrance hall, one full bathroom with a shower and an open space kitchen with a living room and a dining area which opens onto a balcony. The internal staircase leads up to the second level which consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one master bedroom, also with double bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second apartment consists of entrance hall, one bedroom with double bed, one master double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The internal staircase leads up to the second level which consists of one full bathroom with a shower and an open space kitchen with living room and dining area.


In front of the apartment guests can enjoy their time in a lovely garden with sun loungers and a private hot tub, a perfect spot to spend a relaxing time after exploring the town.

The bus stop is located on the main road, just 150 meters away. The apartment is best suited for a family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay within a walking distance to all important amenities.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
