Disappointing
Initially we weren't given checking in instructions until I emailed them the night before check in. Response was prompt. The location of the property is in a pretty dirty and run down area and access is via a dark car park. I wouldn't want to stay there as a female on my own. The property is very small and although initially looks well decorated and furnished we found the beds and sofa very uncomfortable, the sofa was rock hard and mattresses full of very lumpy springs. The double bed was fine although the room is so small we had to climb over the bed to get into it. I would recommend relisting the property as suitable for max 4 people, it's really not big enough for 5, upgrading the single mattresses, bed linen and towels and sofa and more storage in the bathroom, give guests more than one towel each. Some information regarding the area and how to operate the TV would be helpful.Also replace or repair the outside light, it's not only difficult to find the lock at night but dangerous (we tripped a couple of times in the dark alley). It's such a shame the listing is so inaccurate as Leamington Spa is a lovely town with great restaurants and bars.
