Marbella Central Old Town ** Sleeps 4 **

A luxury first-floor apartment that lies in the heart of Marbella Old Town. Located just a 2-minute walk from the famous Orange Square. It is in a quiet narrow street, the winner of 'The Most Beautiful Street in Marbella' (2002)
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this superb centrally located place.

Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Security is important, obviously for us, but also because access to our neighbour's property can also be gained from ours. Please keep the grilles locked on the windows. Bolt the shutters in the large bedroom when you leave the apartment. We leave the door to the terrace open all of the time during the summer as it helps to improve airflow when it is very hot. Please make sure the grille is locked at all times so that you are not using the terrace and particularly at night.

There is a protocol for the entrance doors which is normally shared between us and Jose in the downstairs apartment. The outside door is locked between dusk and the morning. Jose will usually do this but if he is away please open the door in the morning when you leave the apartment and close and lock it when you go out in the evening.
The inner entrance door must be locked at all times whether you are in or out of the apartment. The apartment door at the top of the stairs should be double-locked when you leave the apartment.
