The villa has superb views over the surrounding countryside and to the Tramuntana mountains and an excellent location 5 minutes from the Golf course and close to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (10/15 minutes). The accommodation is distributed over one floor and consists of a spacious lounge dining and kitchen, featuring attractive wooden beams, arched doorways and pretty picture windows. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated using soft, neutral colours and the sofas are enriched with brightly coloured cushions. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table/chairs and has doors leading out to a terrace with a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. There are 3 air-conditioned and beautifully furnished bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and 2 twins sharing a family shower room. Outside, the large swimming pool with wooden decking is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens, a true haven to relax to the sound of Mallorcan nature. The front covered terrace has been furnished with modern seating and dining facilities, a lovely contrast to the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls and for extra entertainment table tennis is provided. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
