Lovely apartment located in Duinbergen, Knokke just 10 min walk from the beach. Tram and train station are just a 2 min walk away. The apartment offers you a perfect getaway in the lovely beach town of Duinbergen with the shopping walhalla of Knokke just around the corner.

The Space:
Welcome to this heavenly apartment with cosy patio! The apartment is located on ground floor. When entering the apartment, you arrive in the living area with kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a full course dinner to be enjoyed around the high dining table with the entire family.

Immediatly There are two bedrooms in total. The first bedroom is one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (walk-through room) offering a perfect match for couples and young families! The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a full course dinner. The bathroom has walk-in shower and sink. Works perfect to cool down after a lovely beach day or to warm up you after a refreshing winter walk.

Please note the children's room (bunk beds) has no windows and is a walk-through room to get to the you have to go through to the double room.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allow you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

In Knokke-Heist you shop differently than elsewhere and most shops are also open on Sundays and public holidays.

The Belgium coast is served by the Kusttram, which traverses the entire Belgian coast from Knokke to De Panne.

For all parking information, we refer you to the website “seety”. This website will clearly show the parking options when entering the accommodation address. It shows parking costs, the possible durations and even public (underground) parking options if available.

Other Things to Note:
The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. It’s important to note that If you reserve this accommodation, you conclude an agreement with the owner and not with Huswell. The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does not provide bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. High-quality bed and bath linen can be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
